Begin with your arms straight out in front of you (parallel to the ground). Bend your elbows slightly to loosen your arms, then flex everything. If you want to know how to pop your hands, snap your wrists downward as your knuckles snap upward. This movement should be fast and hard, like a bullet going off.
If this isn't tough enough, add some weight to make it harder. A heavy dumbbell or kettlebell makes snapping the wrist easier. Pop as many times as you can in 30 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat for three more rounds.

To create a good fist, curl your fingers into your palm, beginning with the little finger. Encircle your fingers with your thumb (typically the index and middle finger, depending on the length of your thumb). Remember to keep your thumb over and behind your fingers and not rest it there. Practice making fists with a ball of cloth or even your sock so that you become familiar with the feeling of hard flesh against soft skin.
Fists are used in many martial arts for close-in fighting. They are effective because they can be used to punch, kick, headbutt, and otherwise attack an opponent without risking being punched back or kicked away yourself.
In combat sports such as boxing, wrestling, and MMA, fighters use their hands and fists to inflict damage on their opponents during grappling matches or standing fights. The hands and arms are important tools in dealing out pain and injury during battles between individuals or teams in sports such as football, basketball, and baseball.
In gymnastics, the fist is used to indicate a strong attack that will cause much damage to the opponent. This is usually followed by a roundhouse kick from above the waist level.
In music, the bass drum is often played with the palms of the hand rather than the whole hand. This makes a softer sound but still retains the essential nature of the instrument.
Begin by tucking your chin into your chest and sitting on the floor. Your feet should be slightly off the floor, and your arms should be in "daggers." Lift your legs and arms as quickly as you can to the toe touch position. Once you've hit it, return to your starting location as soon as possible. It's not necessary to keep your legs up for more than a few seconds.
The jumping toe touch is useful for building up your leg muscles and getting used to hitting high positions.
It can also help prevent injuries to your knees or ankles if you're doing too many jumping movements without resting between them.
Finally, it's very helpful for developing focus and concentration because you have to stay in the moment while raising your body above your head.
All in all, this is an excellent exercise to build strength and courage in your mind and body.
Place your hands at your sides, fingertips touching the floor, behind your right foot. Bring your body forward over your right leg, as near to the floor as possible. A pop or crack may be heard. This indicates that you have popped your leg properly.
For an even better pop, stand with your front foot back about three feet. Bend your front knee and swing it backward as far as possible. You will feel a slight shock down into your foot and ankle. This is because your rear foot is lifting off the ground.
Your legs should be straight when you do this move. If they are not, correct them by bending the offending leg until it is ready to be popped.
Now that you have popped your leg, return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. It is important to keep both legs straight during the pop-and-split movement so you do not injure yourself.
Pop your leg every time you go through the motion of splitting into two equal parts, whether you are standing or moving around the room. Practice this movement until it is easy and smooth.
Place your injured finger on top of your healthy hand. Grip below the middle joint of your afflicted finger with your healthy hand's thumb and fingers. Bend and then straighten your afflicted finger's final two joints. Rep 8–12 times more. Then follow the rest of the instructions in this article.

2 fingers: index finger at the middle of the deck, middle finger flat on the kicktail. On "pop" the board, apply pressure to the kicktail. This element of the technique causes the board to fly through the air. To get the board to fly, you must slide your index finger to the front side of the board and level it out in the air. Then, push down on the middle finger with all your might to cause the board to fly.
1 hand: same as two-finger pop, but without kicking the tail. The board will not fly under this method.
No hands: Slap the deck once or twice quickly with the back of your hand. The board will not fly but may do some unusual dancing moves.
